Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 17, 2026

This policy describes the data handling visible in the DummyDetails website source. The site provides browser-based utilities. Its behavior and service providers may change; this page should be updated whenever they do.

Data entered into tools

Tool code processes your input and generated output in your browser. The generation functions do not intentionally send that tool content to a DummyDetails server. Some pages load scripts, fonts, or analytics from third parties; those providers receive ordinary connection information such as your IP address, browser, requested URL, and request time. Do not enter sensitive personal, financial, or confidential information.

Browser storage

The address generator uses localStorage on this device to retain counters, selected country counts, generated-address history, the most recent result, and generation options. This information remains in the browser unless you clear this site's storage. The homepage's Reset Stats control clears this site's local storage. Other utilities generally process their current input in page memory.

Analytics and third-party services

Google Analytics is included on pages where its tag is installed. It can collect page usage information and use cookies or similar identifiers according to your browser and Google Analytics configuration. Google Fonts is requested from Google. The homepage also loads QRCode.js and Three.js from jsDelivr; the QR code text is passed to the library in the browser, not deliberately sent as analytics data. These third-party providers may process connection data under their own policies.

For Google's explanation of its data practices, see How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services and Google's Analytics opt-out add-on.

Advertising

The Google AdSense script with publisher ID ca-pub-7062182080820241 is installed in the homepage header for site connection and advertising features. The source has no manual ad-unit tags. Auto ads and other account-level settings are managed in AdSense and cannot be confirmed from this code, so whether ads are currently served depends on those settings. Google and third-party vendors may use cookies or similar technologies to serve, personalize, measure, and limit ads based on visits to this and other sites. Visitors can review or change Google's ad personalization settings at Google Ads Settings and learn about participating companies' opt-outs at aboutads.info. Other advertising vendors and their opt-out links should be listed when selected in the account. Where required for personalized ads in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, use a Google-certified consent management platform integrated with the IAB Transparency and Consent Framework.

Your choices

You can block or clear cookies and local storage through your browser settings. Blocking storage may affect saved address-generator history and counters. You can also use the Analytics opt-out add-on linked above.
